Langley & Co is pleased to announce the settlement of the sale of the two premium vineyard properties in Margaret River:

Alexanders Vineyard – Margaret River

Alexanders Vineyard in Kaloorup has been acquired by Belvino Investments No2 Pty Ltd to add to the broad portfolio of premium vineyards in Australia and New Zealand. Langley and Co advised the vendors and congratulate all parties on the successful completion.

Lenton Brae Vineyard – Margaret River

The Lenton Brae vineyard estate in Wilyabrup has been acquired by an existing shareholder to move to 100% ownership. Langley and Co provided advisory services to the vendors and also undertook a court appointed Facilitator role to complete the transaction.

Langley & Co Director, Advisory Mike Calneggia who handled both transactions said “ both transactions involved complex negotiations and coordination of other service providers and consultants and Langley and Co was able to manage the complex transactions to completion.”
