We are proud to announce that Langley & Co was the advisor for the recent sale of Goaty Hill Wines. Toby Langley worked closely with the owners to achieve the successful sale of the business and vineyards in the Tamar Valley, Tasmania.

Goaty Hill announced the sale this afternoon via its newsletter:

“The two families of Goaty Hill wines would like to announce we have sold our vineyard and business of 20 years.

Tony, Natasha, Kristine and I, are moving on to spend more time with our children and explore other passions and opportunities. We are all looking forward to a well-earned break, before making plans to travel in the near future and spending some time house-renovating.

Our property has been purchased by a West Australian company that also has a vineyard in another world-class grape growing region; Margaret River. We will continue to operate on a ‘business as usual’ approach. We are advising and consulting with the new owners during this integrated transition period and we hope the local community will continue to be a part of the Goaty Hill journey.

We would like to express our overwhelming gratitude to our loyal customers and friends of Goaty Hill for their support, and we hope to see you all at the vineyard before we depart”. – Markus
