Henry joined Langley & Co as an Advisor in October 2023 to embark on a new career direction after spending the last 12 years in vineyard management.

Henry brings to the firm genuine, grass roots viticulture experience having been involved with vineyards for most of his working life. With his first paid job as a vineyard hand, Henry quickly progressed through to vineyard management and ownership.

His various roles within his career have given him experience and skills not only in wine grape growing, but also grape contracts, family and corporate business, water markets and a strong understanding of industry cyclical trends, challenges and opportunities.

In addition, Henry is currently a Director of Australian Grape & Wine, a position he has held since 2020 and was a former advisor to the Federal Minister for Agriculture providing an off farm perspective and a broad network.

Practical vineyard knowledge accompanied with a deep understanding of the winegrape growing business ensures Henry is well placed to support clients with their vineyard acquisition and divestment requirements.
