Langley & Co is pleased to announce the recent sale of a vineyard in Evandale, Tasmania to private investors South Island.  Neighbouring prestigious vineyards including Penfolds, S Smith & Sons and Josef Chromy, the property attracted broad interest from local and international investors.

The vineyard was developed by the Bagot Family who acquired the 166 hectare property in 2014. The established 16.7 hectare vineyard was nearing full maturity with a further 40-50 hectares suitable for future development.

This sale again demonstrates the high interest and demand for quality Tasmanian vineyards with development potential.
